The dining room at Prospect is open to staying and non-staying guests for dinner 7-nights a week, offering a 5-course set degustation menu. Seating in off-peak season (Apr-Oct) is at 6.15pm and during peak (Nov-Mar) at 6.45pm.
Lunch is available Friday to Sunday 12pm to 3pm. Enjoy a 3-course set menu. Last bookings are accepted at 2pm for a 3pm finish.
