Head chef Kurstin Berriman showcases the best of the Coal River Valley in a style that is opulent yet refined. Our onsite garden and orchard provide a bounty of produce that is featured daily, and the convict built cellar is home to wines made between 100m and 10,000km from our front door.

A Country Breakfast

From July we will be serving an a la carte menu for breakfast. This is served daily for our inhouse guests and included in all rates and packages. We are also open to non-staying guests and locals on both Saturday and Sunday for breakfast/brunch. Seating times between 8am and 10am. Sunday Mimosa’s anyone?

Prospect House restaurant is open for dinner to staying and non-staying guests and accommodate private dining for groups up to 12 guests.

From July 3 open Friday & Saturday.
From September 17 open Thursday-Saturday.
From December 23 open Wednesday-Saturday.

We provide a lighter style menu for our staying guests on the nights our restaurant is closed.
