Head chef Kurstin Berriman showcases the best of the Coal River Valley in a style that is opulent yet refined. Our onsite garden and orchard provide a bounty of produce that is featured daily, and the convict built cellar is home to wines made between 100m and 10,000km from our front door.

A Country Breakfast

Our staying guests can enjoy house-made granola, muesli, sourdough’s and conserves. A cooked breakfast is served from the open kitchen. All dietaries are catered for. Our friendly chefs are happy to share recipes and show you how to poach that perfect egg!


Prospect House restaurant is open for dinner to staying and non-staying guests and accommodate private dining for groups up to 12 guests.

Open Thursday – Tuesday. Closed Wednesday.
