Our kitchen uses seasonal produce from the onsite garden and orchard whilst celebrating the farmers and producers of South East Tasmania. Our convict-built cellar is home to more than 80 local award-winning wines.

We serve breakfast daily, offer a tailored picnic lunch on request and are open for dinner to both staying and non-staying guests.
